The SLEEK 175 series features a 50mm glass groove, allowing for the installation of insulated glass, laminated insulated glass, and multi-layered glass. Track options include exposed tracks, flexible tracks, sliding cover tracks, electrically retractable tracks, and concealed tracks, providing architects and homeowners with choices. Electric opening is also an option.

The roller bearing pulley design provides technical assurance for push-pull fans (single fan 3m * 6m (any width and height), weighing up to one ton). The four-sided frame is concealable, with a visible 22mm edge. In strong wind areas or for extra-high fans, the internal groove of the edge can be reinforced with a stainless steel lining.
